Rorari aims to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for all customers. Since we operate as a multivendor marketplace, the return and refund process may vary depending on each seller. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged or defective product

The product is incorrect or not as described

The product is missing components
Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and invoices intact. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
You may initiate a return from your Rorari account under the “My Orders” section. Provide clear photos and a valid reason to help the seller review your request.
Refund Process
Once the seller approves the return and the product is picked up and inspected, your refund will be credited to:

Refund as wallet credit (if chosen): Instant
Shipping charges may be non-refundable depending on the seller’s policy.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must respond to return requests, approve genuine claims, and ensure timely pickups. Repeated fraudulent claims by buyers or sellers will result in account suspension.
Exceptions
Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
