Order Processing

Once an order is placed, sellers receive a notification to pack and dispatch the product. Processing time varies by seller but generally takes 1–3 business days. Some products may ship faster depending on availability.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Seller’s warehouse location

  • Buyer’s delivery address

  • Courier partner availability
    Standard delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days. Remote locations may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Sellers may offer:

  • Free shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Weight-based or location-based charges
    Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Real-time updates in your Rorari account

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to buyer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, it may be returned to the seller. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos.
If a package is lost in transit, a full refund or replacement will be issued as per seller policy.
